The 138-1223 Christy Murphy Bed is a custom queen-size Murphy bed with an Inset Desk, designed to transform a home office, guest room, or multipurpose space into a comfortable bedroom without sacrificing everyday functionality. Built in a vertical configuration, this Murphy bed is finished in Red Chestnut and features the distinctive Christy face design, complemented by Mission Crown Molding, Mission Base Molding, and Oil Rubbed Bronze knobs. A standout feature of this custom wall bed is the Single-Fold Inset Desk built directly into the face of the Murphy bed. The Inset Desk is typically approximately 53″ wide x 31″ deep, providing a generous work surface for a laptop, paperwork, or home-office setup. When additional floor space is needed, the desk conveniently folds up into the face of the Murphy bed, keeping the room open and uncluttered. This space-saving design allows one room to function as both a productive office and a comfortable guest bedroom.
Flanking the queen Murphy bed are two 24″ wide bookcases, each measuring approximately 88″ high x 24″ wide x 17 7/8″ deep. The upper sections feature adjustable wood shelves, while each lower section contains two standard storage drawers.
