TV Desk Murphy Style 123-0825c

This custom King size Murphy bed, style 123-0825c, was designed to turn one room into a comfortable guest bedroom, home office, and media workspace. Built from maple and finished in White Lacquer, this Murphy bed has a clean, bright look that works well with both modern and traditional rooms. The face is a modified Templeton style, keeping the shaker-style door design while adding a dedicated opening for a 34″ Samsung ViewFinity Ultra-WQHD monitor.

The front includes our Stay Level Desk, allowing the desk surface to remain level as the bed transitions between office mode and bedroom mode. This setup makes it easier to keep the room functional throughout the day without completely clearing the workspace. This version also includes two desk drawers and a keyboard tray, giving the desk a practical workstation layout while maintaining the clean built-in appearance.

For added convenience, this design includes a white charging station under the desk, making it easy to power office equipment and charge devices while working. The Murphy bed also includes an upgraded 3″ inside headboard with a white charging station, giving overnight guests a convenient place to plug in a phone, tablet, or other device.

The bed is framed with matching side bookcases, each featuring three adjustable shelves and a pullout tray on both sides. These trays work well as compact nightstands when the bed is open, providing a convenient place for a drink, phone, book, or glasses. The bookcases also help complete the built-in look while adding useful storage and display space.

Lighting was also built into the design. The Murphy bed includes Outset LED lights with a white frame, positioned to provide light for both the desk and bed areas. A second touch switch was added for the lights, with one control near the desk area and the other on the headboard for easy access when the bed is open.

The hardware is finished with nickel bar pulls, using 16″ pulls on the face and 6″ pulls throughout the rest of the unit. The design also includes a standard base, a base molding cutout, and spacing behind the bookcases to allow for wiring. Overall, style 123-0825c is a highly functional Murphy bed system that combines a king bed, home office desk, monitor space, lighting, charging, and storage into one clean custom-built wall unit.
