This custom Templeton Murphy bed is designed to turn one room into a comfortable guest bedroom and a functional home office. The Templeton face is characterized by four shaker-style, Craftsman-inspired doors, giving the bed a clean, classic look that works well with a wide range of room styles.

The built-in Stay Level Desk is one of the most practical features of this Murphy bed. As the bed transitions from the closed office position to the open bed position, the desk remains level. This means you do not have to completely clear the desktop before opening the bed. Books, paperwork, and other low-profile items can stay in place, making the room much easier to use day to day.

This desk also includes three pencil drawers, adding convenient storage for office supplies, paperwork, remotes, chargers, and other small items. The drawers are built directly into the desk front, keeping the workspace clean and organized without taking away from the overall design.

A charging station outlet is mounted under the desk for easy access. Wires can be fed from the top of the desk down to the outlet, helping keep cords more organized and out of sight. The charging station includes two standard plugs, one USB-A port, and one USB-C fast-charge port, making it easy to power a laptop, phone, tablet, or other office equipment.
