Maximize your room without sacrificing workspace or sleeping comfort with this custom Horizontal Templeton Murphy Bed with Stay Level Desk. Style 173-0326 is a full-size horizontal wall bed crafted from Maple and finished in a soft White Wash, allowing the natural wood grain to remain visible. The classic Templeton face features four recessed panels accented with 6″ black bar pulls, while the black desk mechanism adds a clean contrast to the light finish.

Designed to serve as both a functional home office and a comfortable guest bed, this Murphy bed includes a Stay Level Desk with three drawers. The desk remains part of the bed system as it transitions between desk and sleeping positions, and the design eliminates the need for a separate bed leg because the desk mechanism supports the open bed.

Convenience is built into the design with a black charging station beneath the desk and an additional black charging station integrated into the 3″ headboard/sideboard, making it easy to power laptops, phones, and bedside devices. The Murphy bed also features a removable headboard and inset LED lighting with contrasting black-and-white light frames to provide useful illumination when the bed is open.

At approximately 81-1/2″ wide, 64-3/4″ high, and 16″ deep, this full-size horizontal Murphy bed is an excellent space-saving solution for rooms where ceiling height or wall configuration makes a traditional vertical Murphy bed less practical. When opened, the bed projects approximately 64″ into the room. A 6″ base molding cutout was also incorporated into this design to allow the cabinet to fit neatly against the wall.
