Christy Double Fold #138-0324

Style 138-0324 is a highly functional custom queen Murphy bed with desk and built-in storage, designed to combine a comfortable guest bed, a large home office workspace, and organized storage into one wall-mounted furniture system. Built from Painted Maple and finished in a clean White Lacquer, this Murphy bed features our Christy face with nickel knobs for a simple, classic cabinet appearance when closed. One of the standout features of this design is the Double Fold Desk, which provides an approximately 83-inch-long work surface when fully opened. The desk can also be used in a single-fold configuration when a smaller workspace is needed. A removable cap is included to cover the second fold and desk leg when using the shorter desk configuration; the cap is removed and stored before the desk is completely folded away. On both sides of the Murphy bed are integrated bookcases with adjustable open shelving, enclosed storage, and lower drawers. The lower sections include locking file drawers with soft-close drawer slides, making this wall bed especially useful as a home office. The queen Murphy bed also features LED lighting with white frames, providing useful illumination over the bed area. A 3-inch headboard incorporates a power outlet and charging access, while an additional white charging station is built into the base of the unit for convenient power when the desk is in use. This custom Murphy bed was designed with a cabinet depth of approximately 18 7/8 inches, while the adjoining bookcases are approximately 16 7/8 inches deep.
