Bella Murphy bed with Desk 1215-0123

The Bella Murphy bed brings a more decorative look to a classic wall bed design. Its face style is similar to our Templeton style, featuring four tall door panels across the front, but the Bella adds rope molding around each panel for extra detail and character. This added molding gives the bed a more refined, traditional appearance while still keeping the overall design clean and timeless.

This Murphy bed includes our Stay Level Desk, allowing the room to work as both a home office and a guest bedroom. The desk stays level as the bed transitions from the closed office position to the open bed position, so you do not have to completely clear the desktop before opening the bed. It is a practical solution for keeping your workspace set up while still having a comfortable guest bed ready when needed.

A charging station outlet is installed under the desk for convenient access to power. Wires can be routed from the top of the desk down to the outlet, helping keep the work surface cleaner and more organized. The charging station includes two standard plugs, one USB-A port, and one USB-C fast-charge port.

The bed also features outset lights that are designed to be useful in both positions. When the bed is closed, the lights shine down on the desk, making the space more functional as an office. When the bed is open, the lights can be used as reading lights and are controlled from the headboard. They can also be controlled from the side of the cabinet when the bed is in the office position.

The bookcases are 24″ wide and have adjustable shelves on top with 2 file drawers and and drink tray on the bottom.  We added bookcase lights in the bookcases.

We added our standard crown and our standard base molding

This bed is finished in white lacquer with a designer glaze to accentuate the grove, especially in the rope molding and to give the white an antique look.
