Ebony Bayside Murphy Bed

The Bayside Murphy Bed, Style 1134-1225, combines space-saving functionality with a more traditional furniture-inspired design. Similar to our Templeton style, the Bayside features four long vertical face panels, but adds picture frame molding around each panel for a more detailed, refined appearance.

This custom Queen-size Murphy bed is crafted from Red Oak and finished in a rich Ebony stain, allowing the natural oak grain to remain visible through the dark finish. Two 16″ Nickel bar pulls provide a clean contrast against the dark wood and make the bed easy to open.

When opened, the Murphy bed reveals a 3″ deep headboard with an integrated black charging station, providing convenient power access for phones, tablets, and other bedside devices. This particular design also incorporates a 6″ base molding cutout, allowing the cabinet to fit closer to the wall without requiring the room’s existing base molding to be removed. The bed was built using a spring mechanism.

At approximately 90-1/4″ high, 67″ wide, and 16″ deep when closed, the Bayside transforms a room into a comfortable guest bedroom while taking up minimal floor space when not in use. The bed projects approximately 90″ from the wall when opened.
