This in-stock Murphy bed features our Barn Door face style, designed with two large front panels that give the appearance of traditional barn doors. The clean, rustic-inspired layout makes it a great fit for a bedroom, guest room, home office, or multipurpose space.
The finish is a custom distressed maple finish with a layered look. We started with maple wood, added a red undercoat, and then finished it with black lacquer. Carefully placed rub-through details reveal the red undertone beneath the black finish, giving the piece added depth, character, and a slightly aged appearance. This finish is designed to highlight the craftsmanship of the bed while creating a bold, one-of-a-kind look.
