They delivered the furniture today and I have to say I was UNBELIEVABLY impressed. The set is absolutely adorable and it exceeded my expectations. You truly have a gift of creating such creative and fun furniture. We set it all up today and my son LOVES his new Basketball bed. It helped so much with the transition into his "big boy" room. He was soo excited to go to sleep tonight. I will definitely be passing your name along to all of my mommy friends!! I will have to take some pictures tomorrow and share them with you!!

I just wanted to thank you for doing such a great job on the Batmobile bed. My son LOVES it (although I don't think it will make him sleep any later). We got the OSB board from Home Depot and all is well. Thanks for all your help. the cost of the board was $7 and change and well worth it. No worries. thanks again for everything.

Just wanted to let you know that working with your company has been about the best experience I've had with any retailer in the past 10 years. Your customer service was excellent, you delivered on time (actually, about three days early), the shopping and purchasing process was simple and greatly enhanced by a superb website with a ton of bonus features to excite and involve the customer, and the product arrived in good condition as promised. Even the delivery guy was nice. I wish more retailers practiced such passionate customer service like you. (Example - I bought a recliner at a local furniture store last Wednesday, was told it would be in Friday but of course it wasn't. The salesman won't return my calls or emails, so today I had to go through their human resources department just to discover that it won't arrive for two more weeks. Ugh. Do you guys build leather recliners?).

Anyway, I will definitely be visiting your site again and if we are in the market, we'll be making another purchase. My best to you and your team.

Paul and Donald are AWESOME!  They got the bed in and installed without any trouble.  They were great!  It is an absolute perfect fit!  The cherry finish looks perfect with the other furniture in the loft area.  I am so pleased!  And Shelby is very excited.  It's 2:00 pm and she says she is taking a nap in her new bed.   She is 8 years old.  She hasn't taken a nap in years.

Our 2-year-old son absolutely loves his baseball bed!  It was a great
way to get him excited about sleeping in a "big boy" bed!  I think my
husband likes it even more and keeps telling Ty he wants to sleep in
it!  We are very impressed with your quality workmanship and personal

   I was so excited when the Murphy Bed finally arrived.  We checked it all over and it looked great. You did your homework on picking the freight company and checking the route etc.  I have a friend help me and he installed it the next week.  It works great !!   I am so glad that my husband found your web site.  The man that installed the bed was quite impressed too.  He took pictures to show, so maybe you may in the future have other customers from Oregon.   I am a midwife and I will be sharing with others my experience with your company.  May God Bless you
