Refund Policies

The craftsmen at www.wwbeds.com and poggykids.com take pride in our furniture.  We inspect all furniture before it is shipped.  If you are not satisfied with a product will will gladly work with you to make it right.  We will replace product or refund you the merchandise value.  Refund policy is 30 day form when you received the product.  A refund will be issued as soon as the merchandise is in our possession for inspection.

Due to the nature of custom work we can not issue refunds on anything that is custom ordered and/or personalized.  We also can not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.  To help with making sure all items are as you'd like them the custom items will be assembled and a picture taken for your approval.
